  • Registrations are processed in order of receipt of payment. Deadline for registration is 1 April 2012. Cancellation before 1 April: you will get a full refund. Cancellation on or after 1 April 2012: a fee of €100 will be deducted from your refund. Should we have to cancel the course, you will be refunded in full.

Step 2: Pay

Please transfer €2700 to our account to secure your place in the course.
Note that banks may charge 5 to 10% (or more) in transaction fees.

Payment in installments is possible. First installment of €1050 minimum is required at time of pre-registration.

Deadline for registration and payment for JULY 2012 session course is 1 June 2012.

Registrations are processed in order of receipt of payment. Until full payment is received you will remain on the waiting list.

Booking and payment of travel to and from St Eustatius are your own responsibility.
You are also responsible for your own travel and health insurance.

Step 3: Apply for Grundtvig grant

Grundtvig grant applications closed 16 January 2012.

This may be of particular interest to people living in the Caribbean region as some islands qualify as “overseas territories or countries” of EU Member states. Please see the full list of LLP Countries.

Please note that application for Grundtvig funding for both May AND July sessions is 16 January 2012!

  • If you are a permanent adult resident of one of the countries participating in the European Life Long Learning Programme  - excluding The Netherlands (host country of this activity) AND
  • If you are affiliated with an organisation that has educational activities for adults, either as payed employee, volunteer or self-employed in adult education
  • THAN you may be eligible for a Grundtvig Grant to reimburse your cost for travel, accommodation and course fee.

The amount of the grant is at the discretion of your own national agency. According to the rules of the LLP program there is a maximum of full reimbursement for travel and accommodation expenses and €150 per day for the course fee. However be advised that most national agencies may cap the course fee grant at €750 per course. Travel and accommodation should be covered in full by your grant.

Once we have received your registration we will send you further information on the course and the application for Grundtvig Grants.
